An important part of my career activities is now focused on education and inspiration about natural health care for children. This is especially true for the young from ages 5-6 to 11-12. This is when we learn what works for us and develop patterns for the future. Early on, we tend to follow parental patterns. Thus, educating and helping with the nutritional and behavior dynamics in the family circle are crucial for laying the groundwork for good health.

The Natural Laws of the Body

Somehow, somewhere, we lost the Human Body Maintenance Manual. We get them for our cars and computers; why not our body? Our training shall best include how to be fed for best performance, how to rest and relax ourselves, how to get along with others, and how to move our body through our life cycles to keep it fit. Many adults are set in their ways of being and many of these ways cause problems over time, such as: too much sugar and breads, fatty and fried foods, and excessive alcohol, caffeine, or smoking, or just too much food overall for our activity level. also, not chewing our food or eating in a rush just to keep up stresses our body systems. We've gotten away from our indigenous diets and simple foods, and we all suffer the consequences. However, most of us know that, and it's a challenge to change, especially when we started these habits early in life. When we start out early with learning this very basic maintenance manual written for the youth of the Western world, we will create healthier future populations.

The Anatomy Show--Coming your Way Soon

This product includes inspirational and educational songs for the body systems, along with a comical story/songbook featuring many health tips from Dr. Sun, the Princess of Argisle, and Gary Guitar. These are characters that actually are in the comix and have performed this show in many schools. Gary and I originally composed this series of songs and they were performed in hundreds of schools. The Anatomy Show received rave reviews from students, teachers, and the the entire school systems that we decided to publish this project for today's children and family health education, as we all need more fun! Singing and dancing while learning about the body keeps us all happy and healthy!
